    Indeed AL, is kind of pricey, but it comes with a f2.8 lens as well (17mm f 2.8).

    Sorry, Lovin. Although it is a very nice camera indeed, it is most certainly not a DSLR. Olympus and Panasonic both make use of the 4/3’s sensor in their DSLRs, but the Micro 4/3 system eliminates the mirror and optical viewfinder therefore it can not be truly referred to as a DSLR.

    Rather than show any disrespect to the camera by calling it a “point and shoot” I’d think that “Ultra High-End Compact Digital” is a very apt description.

    No need to apologize. I felt a need to post the same comments on PopPhoto’s website when they made the mistake of calling the newest Micro Four Thirds offering from Panasonic a DSLR, and they were kind enough to make the correction in their article on the camera.

    It is a major new innovation that will appeal to a certain sector and of that there can be no doubt. I’d like to try one.
