Well, I have the day off and Im sitting here struggling for some inspiration. It has been some time since I have taken any pictures, and this morning I thought I would pick up the camera and do something with it, but Im completely lost. Im tired of the parks, Ive already been downtown(not much in Toledo), and my lightbox has had nearly available item inside it. What makes it even worse, I start a new job tomorrow as the Asst. Manager at a portrait studio and it is quite honestly the last type of photography I see myself doing. Photography does offer its surprises doesnt it?
Maybe its self portrait time?

If I did that I would have tons of pictures of dust bunnies. But it would amuse the dogs
there are a few options:
-go to an art gallery or surf online to look at the work of others
-hang up your camera and go do something you have never done before
-set yourself a task (e.g.,. photographic representation of the alphabet).
-try a new technique you never have tried
-call some friends, go to to a movie or out to eat or grab a coffee

Those are some good ideas. I really think I might set up a specific photographic task for this winter. It might take a few days or more to come up with the idea, but I should be able to figure something out. I like the idea of a long term assignment instead of a day to day, or right now. Thanks.
