How would you finish this

Loved your picture of the wharf, especially the water and the reflections. Cropped and straightened after reading the above posts. I immediately thought of sepia or copper, so applied Silver efex tools. This helped to give a vintage old film feel, hopefully making the noise look like film grain. Is this vintage?
Thanks for throwing out the challenge. I enjoyed seeing the other interpretations as well.

smart sharpening, topaz Denoise with a layer mask to focus on the dock and not denoise trees which tends to make them look painted. Selenium layer set to soft life masked over the water to give it a more blue tone. Black to white gradient map set to soft light at 25 percent ish to increase contrast, orange to purple gradient map set to soft light at 30 percent to increase the warmth, saturation boost by +47. also straightened it.

1st time post 4 me!!

I thought the dock needed straightening ( used crop) and I cloned out all of the distracting white poles. - Opened in Camera Raw (my favourite program) and increased brightness and some contrast and clarity.

Most of all, though, I felt that less water and a slightly longer format was better. Too bad there is so much noise after all this.

it's been interesting to see how people have played with this photo: embrace the noise or try to reduce it or hide it with a texture. It's so cool!

I went the same route as Casil but I went a little bit further and used my oil paint settings.
