I think the photo is well taken and processed. Unfortunately, excluding the lovely sky, I think the scene is lacking something ... not sure what I'm looking for here ... pleasant ... picturesque. The wharf and dumpster just don't do it for me. The lights are nice but unfortunately aren't strengthened by the other elements. Hope that makes sense?
