Here's the exif:

that means the focus was missed... in looking at the image it does appear the hinge on the window frame is in clear focus... your auto focus servo most likely picked it due to being the closest...

what kinda surprises me is at f6.3 the rest of the image should be fairly crisp even though the focus missed.... I dunno... maybe some of it was lost in post processing...

Think I missed the focus a bit, as well as some relection of the strong sunlight.
