An interesting image, but I don't think it quite makes it for a couple of reasons. First off, your perspective is less than ideal. You have excellent leading lines (the bridge cables) but have them running across the image, and "out" the lower, LH corner. These should be used to draw the eye into the image, with the tower being a focal point. Secondly, the large, dark area lower RH corner is very distracting. I suspect that this could be 'tweaked' in post without much difficulty. I also think the image would benefit from a slight saturation boost, or perhaps just some burning in of the bridge tower.

I'd suggest a reshoot from a slightly different position. I also notice slight vignetting in the upper RH corner; was this as a result of a filter? It's difficult to tell, but it doesn't look to me as though a CPOL was used, and this scene screams for one.

Overall, it's a good idea, sharp, and well exposed (except as noted), but with room for improvement.

Just my $00.02 worth - your mileage may vary.

Circular polarizing filter; it enhances contrast and saturation.

Excellent critique T.I. - bang on!

Now I can go on vacation and not worry

I would like to add on that the clouds look good here and it's nice that they are not blown out.
