    Two nice shots. I prefer the first as the blown highlights and strange angle in the second one doesn't work for me. That first one though is a cracker. Love the detail, the colour and comp. Great shot.

    Both very nice captures, but as was said, that angle in second one throws me off.
    If you see something beautiful, "Shoot it with a Canon"

    Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!

    I'm not put off by the angle of the second one, though I'd love to see if you could bring some of the feather detail out. The head seems very slightly out of focus, though.
