    This is what remains of F-89 Scorpion. It was the US's first all-weather jet interceptor. Mike recently talked to a pilot that had flown one in active duty. He said that you could go up to high altitude, point it straight down and go to full power, and it still wouldn't go supersonic. Rather a rare airplane these days. This one is gutted and contains mostly nesting pigeons.

    Here's a thread we let slip by unnoticed ...

    Ok .. .so let me get this straight. In Idaho, if you are attacking the Idaho Air Guard ... they expect you to walk/drive/fly under this so it can bomb you right??

    Right after you wash and wax yourself and/or your vehicle. That's the pigeons' job.
