I don't mean to be rude. But this image is a very dark charcoal grey with a hint of trees silhouetted and a tower of some sort. I am not clear what the artistic intention is.

I don't mean to be rude. But this image is a very dark charcoal grey with a hint of trees silhouetted and a tower of some sort. I am not clear what the artistic intention is.
I actually think it's one of those images that breaks the rules tonewise/processing wise and it works for me overall. The monastery slopes a bit to the left, that's what caught my eye initially. Hope that may help.

I think it is interesting and a well done dark photo. I think it would look even better printed.
