I really like it. Just enough shadow present. There should be some shadow I feel.

With this shot, I used the Canon STE2 Speedlite Transmitter to trigger - both lights had the shoot through umbrella on stands.
Poor little guy's belly is lit beautifully- his face is a bit in the shadow.
imoved the lights around quite a bit... i happened to have this on the computer to add to thread to show that you need to be careful where the light is positioned.
Wonderful shot! Speedlights are such great tools. One by itself is fine and dandy, but two can produce stunning images.

Nice shot of a sleeping baby. I like it just as it is.
WOW. That makes the score 3 against me. And here I thought it was a bit off. Thanks you guys!!!!!
4 against you. The tones in this shot are well controlled. Even after you mention the belly sticking out, I don't see it.
perhaps 5-10% + exposure on the face alone would make this sing slightly harder. But this is a really nice shot as is.![]()

Great shot !! Well done !!
I like the contrast with the black it draws your eyes to the child.
As far as the face being a little dark... being a parent you never want to poke a sleeping bear or flash a sleeping baby in the face
