Photography is more than just taking a picture and freezing the action, or leaving the shutter open. It is more than orchestrating the image with the stroke of a brush. Its the realization and explanation that reality is an isolated experience in which only a specific individual can comprehend during any given time period. - Your Truly!

Read it and it is kinda funny. Those questions separate us from them *LOL*
I guess that is what happens once you have expertise in a field

There is so much knowledge that we take for granted as photographers.

My mistake has been seeking new landscapes. I should have been seeking new light.

I think the words I hear the most are these ... "Get any good ones mate?"

"No" thinks me ... "I spent thousands of dollars, and lug 8 kgs of equipment around so I can get crap shots and throw them away!"

Of course I politely answer the same way every single time ... "I think so"

Lol, I think that comment is something like saying 'hot enough for ya?' when it is 104F(40C) in the shade.

It's like "No ... until it's so hot your face melts off so you can say something as stupid as that to me then it's not hot enough thanks!"

A guy asked me today "Which side to want?". Neither one, you're ugly.

I tell people my lenses have a built in 'ugly filter' and it won't take their photo even if I try
