    Hi Members,

Seems like the podcast and forum are getting more action and that makes me very happy. Thanks so much everyone!

If I were to get a phone line, would people want or be willing to leave voice questions that I could answer on the podcast? The phone number would likely be a 1-800 U.S. number which would be free for those in the USA (and it's free for me..all this teaching is a labour of love not money) but long distance rates are very cheap throughout the world these days. I know I pay 3.5 cents per minute to the US OR Canada.

    but anyway...any interest in this?

    many thanks!

You could always try it and see how it works.

I personally would never use the phone to leave a message if I can leave a text one... communicating is different this is leaving a voice message so I wouldn't do it. Besides, I type faster than I talk.

I don't see a need to spring the cash for a phone line. I think the forums and e-mail are the best place for requests.

Like Mindforge, I can type quite quickly and in my case in English or French, so voice is unneccessary.

my guess is that people who like podcasting also prefer email & message boards for communication. i get more uncomfortable recording a voicemail than typing an email. a phone line might pick up less tech-savy individuals, but then are probably not podcasting anyway.

I hate the sound of my voice in a recording
