An excellent combination of detail, colour, composition, and mood. About the only thing that I would suggest is a little straightening.

I love the mood! Great compostition, also...The bottom one seems a bit flat to me though... Maybe a little overexposed?

I think that what you see is a little too much contrast in the bottom one, that looks quite similar to overexposure.

Look at how dark the tree is. That is the indication of contrast.
