Default Trip to the Dadar Flower Bazar

Today I decided to checkout the local wholesale flower market. Unfortunately, not much was left by the time I reached (at 6:45 am ).

This man was so busy preping his lotus blooms that there was almost a buzzing feel to him.

    Few roses

    and a pile of leaves
(banana leaves are used for various traditional purposes such as steaming baskets, plates etc.)

Paan or beetle nut leaves (used as a mouth freshner)

That doesn't look like any pile of leaves I've ever seen, of course, I'm not used to seeing a pile of neatly folded banana leaves. Interesting set.

is it just me or my photos are looking fuzzy and soft?

(I think something is wrong with the way picasa uploads my photos)

I really like shot 1, it has a great sense of depth and I like the motion in the shot.

sometimes compression takes out some sharpness.
the first one is a real eye-catcher.
