Both beautiful captures Iggy, but really like that second one. Especially when you take into account, your technique.

I've tried this, too. Not very good at it myself. I admire your patience and the finished product. To me, the multitude of drops in the first shot just barely works a little better that the single drop in the second although the flair in that big 'ol one is just way cool.

Have you gotten that reversing ring yet?

I've never tried the reversing ring, but I love my Kenko extension rings. They are cheap and keep all the inside bits inside and outside bits outside And you can generally still have auto focus. You can go even cheaper, but you loose auto focus, and aperture too, but I guess you don't have that with reversing rings. The other advantage with a extension ring set is stacking to get a range of magnifications.

I bought one for my kit lens but I find that I never think to put the thing on. I generally don't plan macro shots, it's just stuff that I stumble across that a regular lens wouldn't be right for.

Thanks, AntZ. I might pick something like that up. Never seems to be enough time to go shopping
