Holy mackerel, that's very impressive! Did you fabricate the parts yourself or use pieces from other devices. Well done, I hope it lasts you a lifetime!
Cheers
Matthew
Lol, well done!
Where's mine??!!! ;)
I fabricated all the parts myself, that's what I do for a living. If there is interest I will do a production run, but first I have to use it some to see what needs to be changed. Tonight I'll set the nodal point so I can test drive it.
I showed this to my husband...and said, "What are you waiting for?"..lol
Wow, awesome craftsmanship.......that's a great looking piece of work...:)
Very cool. Please let us know how it tests out. I can almost imagine how it's supposed to work. You should take a video of it in action?????
Awesome work! If you do a production run, I would be VERY interested!
Arent we all interested. Sounds like a Photography.ca special
Wow...are you a Machinist? if not, i know a really good one! :)
Yes I am a machinist, I work with CNC equipment mainly these days. My specialty is 4 and 5 axis milling and the creation of parametric programs (macros) for complex parts. I also do all the design work using Solidworks, can't beat it for solving problems. I've been published in American Machinist with a how to article on using Excel to create tool paths.
I'd give it all up to have the photo skills some of you have....practice, practice, practice......
I'd love to test this out as well especially if there is a how to video. I'd be happy to blog about this product as well once it's ready.
