    Default Wedding Ring

I really like this shot I took recently of my friend's wedding ring and her bouitque. Could I have done something different?

Off the top of my head, maybe have included the entire hand then convert to black and white but still have the wedding band in colour.

ETA: I like that it's a close up, have always wanted to do a shot like this

I like it as is but ..

I wouldn't have cropped that top finger.

Also I think I would have applied some sharpening to the ring itself. - retracted comment

The ring is actually alot sharper than that this picture shows...on my computer the image entirely is sharper. Mad Aussie - check out my portfolio, look at that image of this same photo compared to this one. You'll see what I mean. Even that image doesnt show the sharpness that I see on my own computer.

Yea, it’s probably better to upload the image to the site, but some of us are linking from another site to get sharper images. If you have a photobucket account or one like it, then swap the image you uploaded for a linked version.

Yes a direct link from Flickr, Photobucket etc seems to display a sharper image here.
