My lunch time is very valuable to me and the first 5 and a half minutes of crap could have been covered in less than one! I almost turned this podcast off because I didn't think it would ever start. I'm glad I didn't it was very informative and interesting. Start keeping your intro short and to the point otherwise your doing a great job!!!
