Hi members!

The level 2 assignment this month is f16 or smaller- Shooting with a small aperture. You may well need a tripod for this assignment unless the light level is really bright.

Ok then who will post first?

Nice shot, Matt. And, Bambi, I like your attitude... the waitress is always too slow so you have to overlap 'em! :)

Good thinking about the exposure. Turned out very nicely. The hand really adds to the shot.

Nice one Matt. The hand is quicker than the eye and almost quicker than the camera.

Crashcat - I dig the perspective here! yours is a great image to show how approaching the subject really diminishes depth of field regardless of aperture.
I'd like to use your image in a blog post about this topic. Can I?

Mbrager - a simple and gorgeous classic composition. very well done indeed.

Very cool macro, Crashcat... I find it interesting that a lot of the shots in this category are macro shots.

Heres my shot at it. This was taken out the window of an F150 the other evening. What struck me was thr foreground blur that diminished with depth. The blur at the bottom is the passing guide rails.15532
