Shot my neighbor's birthday party today. I just love this shot and the pp old look to it

Great stuff. Love the comp and especially the angle. Usually I prefer to be on the same level as the child, but here it works real well.

Thanks and yeah, I didn't have time to squat down, I just saw it and grabbed it and I too like how it came out. There is very little PP crop to the image. I usually try to get on their level.

I really like the image and processing AT. The angle and higher viewpoint work for me.

Not much to dislike here. Great image. If I wanted to nit-pick it would be the two little items on the bottom left corner.

I considered those, but I like his shark shorts and didn't want to cut too much of them out.

I'm with asnow on the crop - for me the shot is about the cupcake. Cropping still leaves enough shark shorts imo and removes the mildly distracting circular objects on the bottom edge.
Processing in shot 1 is superior to the original which looks a bit dark and red to my eye.
Did I say how much i love the captured gesture here? Love it.

For some reason, the edit option is not available on the original post, so here is the edited version

Nice timing here. I like that 3rd one best. Love the crop and pp.

Yup IMO the tighter crop is a winner. I'm glad I'm not having to clean this little one up at the end of that cake! -

Yup - much stronger - 3rd one is the charm. To finish this one off if i were niggling, I'd burn bottom left corner. Then I'd slap a frame on this sucker. Well made!

Agreed. Really like the moment captured here, and love the PP. Well done AT.
