Very nice sharp detail here Brad. #1, but in portrait orientation to include the full length of all the icicles would work so well imo.

I second that. Portrait orientation would have been the preferred way.

16845I don't usually do a lot of portrait don't like the way it looks on the screen. But here is a try.

On my monitor some of the whites in the snow in shot 1 look nearly clipped, so i favour shot 2.
