Took some shots of a Bald Eagle at the Birds of Prey place ... not sure which one is better ... this one

Both are great! The second one stands out just a smidge more only because of the sunlight in his eye. :thumbup::thumbup:

I think I'll disagree here - Although the eye is better in shot 2 and I'm usually all about the eye, the extra (sharp) details in the bird's face and profile in shot one give it the edge imho. Whichever one u choose though...good choice:D

I'm going for shot 1 also. Excellent shots both!

Have to say #1 here also for reasons already said. More fine detail in the birds feathers, and I like the profile shot for such a majestic creature also.
P.S.( Only one nitpick- You should have reached right in there and flicked that spec off just above the eye though.) ;):laughing:
