Bambi , this pond is on farmland . Across the water there is a huge pasture with horses and cattle . When we stopped the horses must have been in the trees , as they seemed to appear out of nowhere ... Three of them , two swam across the pond right away and this guy stopped for a bite to eat in the slush at the edge . Which was great , because it gave me a chance to manoeuvre around to deal with the tricky lighting .

Love the warmth of the colours in this photo, and yeah, i would have ignored the ducks also.
