Went down to lake to catch some migrants and we weren't disappointed. There were literally thousands of Tundra Swans on lake and in flight to feeding grounds. Lighting, again was terrible, with light grey skies and the odd flurry/sleet/rain, but managed a couple decent ones to save the day.

Absolutely wonderful photos. I have never seen them in my area up here.
Thanks to all. They are quite hard to shoot against that sky. Problem was, we were on the side of narrow causeway through the water. Had to be quick, with the traffic and all.
If we get back down before they are all gone North I will try and get a pic. of the mass on the water.
