Yes herps (a herp is a reptile or amphibian for you curious folk.) These are some photos I took over the summer from Saskatchewan to New Brunswick.

I hope you enjoyed some of these uncommonly seen animals.

Awesome set! my fav is the Eastern garter, love the eye!. I also really like the mating ball, that would have been so cool to see.

What a really nice set of images. I agree with Jude, my favourite is also the Eastern Garter snake and that mating ball is just crazy.

Very nice variety Kevin. Another vote for the Garter, but also likin' those Rattlers.

Really nice shots, even though I am not a fan of the subject matter (the mating ball freaks me out a bit:eek:) The turtles are OK though.

I like the light and color on the eastern painted turtle. I also like the pose - "are you going away now?"
