Low hanging fruit is the plant without the bee. It's an expression that doesn't apply here as far as I'm concerned.
Wonderful capture!! the bee looks excellent! If this were mine...(and I hope you are okay with all these small comments I make) I think I'd milk maybe 10-15% additional shadow detail from the flowers and maybe do a 5% brighten overall. I might try another version and play with the crop - eliminating (or nearly ) the darkest leaf in the immediate foreground.

Having tried myself to capture bees in flight, I agree with Marko. Not low hanging fruit. Looks simple, but is technically difficult. They are swift little beggars adept at avoiding the camera focus points. In fact, your photo has a great sense of depth, especially the second crop, which enlarges the bee and increases the sense of a bee's eye view. Nice catch.
