Hard to Swallow

These little guys (Welcome Swallows) are sooooo hard to get shots of because they are small and fast! Even sitting on this Cormorant statue they still flick around every half second!

Australia is a haven for birders! I would be quite thrilled just to see some of those birds let alone photograph them.

Yeh, I think we are quite lucky in the bird department. It's well stocked and varies state to state too. In fact Queensland is big enough for the species to vary from one end to the other.
