Thought I'd try something a little different with composition. None of these are cropped! Okay, I lie. The last one I cropped a bit off the top.

I really like the last one. It's exactly what I wanted, but I feel as though it's still missing something. For some reason, I found their feet fascinating. Might post more later =)

Thoughts?

ETA: I pretty much risked my life getting these shots. How close to death did I get, you ask? Pretty darn close! :rolleyes: That's my knee at bottom centre.

I like the first one.
The focus, DOF and exposure on the feet look good to me.

Herbert! This guy just followed me around everywhere, lol. Was literally two feet behind me at all times. Guess he really liked the camera =)

I like these Gem - Lots of good play here. Nice series!

I really like the first shot! very good composition and good eye for noticing the texture. It's my fave of all the shots in this thread. shot3 - I like this one too though the bkgd is a wee bit bright. again nice foot texture.

Form post #4 - Shot 1 is a bit too contasty. Shot 2 is nice but needed more DOF imo as the blur on the leg isn't working for me. Shot 3 is SUPER cute but you amputated the legs. Still a good shot imo, but I would have liked to see the legs. Hope that helps - Marko

Crap, I don't even know how I didn't realize I missed his feet! :headslap:

I like the foot shot...they look really reptillian in that shot...I can really see the dinosaur resemblence especially and that's pretty neat IMO!

Yeah, I thought they looked pretty repilillan too. Almost alien-like :rolleyes:
