Public Gardens' Skull

Something tells me it's man-made so I didn't stick this in the "nature" section :)

now that is just plain odd, well captured - but seems really out of context for garden design

There is one small section of this classic Victorian garden where they have rocks and cacti and other desert style plant life. I suspect the skull was added for fun.
