Yep ... that 2nd shot has great interest with those water splashes :)

I like the dancing water in the second one but I also like the colours in the first. Next time combine the two OK Matt

It looks like the angle in relation to the light source to me. And that, on top of using an aperture priority or auto mode may have sped the shutter speed up as well.
