Frozen Heat

The quick change in weather has brought both freezing and warm spring temperatures in the same day. As the sun scratches the horizon, the frost immediatly begins to evaporate. With the sun rising so fast, the frost cannot keep up and the air eventually becomes completely saturated.

This was shot directly into the sun, but with the presence of so much fog, enough light was refracted so that the opposite side of this tractor was not in a shadow.

Cool! Love the foggy look.

I really like this shot. I can really see the farmer walking out in the morning silence to start the day of working up the land.

I like the lines of the tractor contrasting with the lines of the plants. I like what I can see of the soft colors, too (I'm on the laptop, and they don't show as well as on my main box).

You've taken what would normally be a rather boring angle for that tractor and made it work very well JJ!
