I like where you are trying to go with this. These shots are difficult with out the right lights.
These are difficult and this is some good play. I dig the lighting on the wine glass's stem.

I like your strip of light up the bottle.
I really don't mind the candle at all. Only thing is: I would have arranged the three objects in less of a linear position. Maybe move the candle back a good 6-8 inches, and close the gap between the bottle and the glass. Turn the candle and the bottle so that the design on the candle and the label of the bottle are not "straight on"; this would add a little drama to the image. As far as the light is concerned: for me it's fine, only thing is the reflections in the glass and the bottle. If you could shield the reflections somehow, you'd have more even light and voila....
