Great series.My favorite is third image.So clean lines and amazing contrast.Simplicity is always the best.

These are all interesting. I'm drawn to number 2, the shadows on board shot. Great exposure.

I agree with everyone - great abstracts and geometry. Image #3 is my favourite - beautiful composition! If I may, in shot #2, the shadow lines produce (to me, anyway) an optical illusion that the top of the image frame is wider than the bottom - not bad if that's what you intended. Again, really nice set.

Thanks, Doug. In the case of #2 I just liked the pattern of the shadow of the pergola.

I like the pergola's shadows, too. I had to google 'pergola' - never heard that word before. :o I just wish they were aligned more diagonally in the shot - just my personal opinion, though. Thanks again for the nice shots.

I also like the 3rd- I like the way the white part shows texture and depth.

Great patterns you've found there. It's interesting to note that individually, none of these shots will look all that extraordinary, but when you put them together under a common theme like, they suddenly develop more meaning and depth. Great shots!
