In Venice

After long walk on the sun is nice to find shadowed place without any tourist.
I made two version and can not say which one I like more.

Color version by far!!!!

Both offer different moods - I think I favour shot 1 here.

The first one has an old world type look to it that I like.

The desaturated colors in the first one appeal to me. Wonderful scene and very well executed.

Tough decision....number 1 but not by much.

I live in a colour world... I prefer number 2. It just goes to show you that everyone gets something different from a shot. :)

First time I had a quick look at them at them, I liked the colour one better. After a couple of more looks at them, I am definitely now leaning to the desaturated one.

Count me in for Number 1 as well ... somehow there still seems to be just a wee bit of a pink hue to it though ... in the upper part, and the sky also seems to have some blue left. Maybe it is just my old eyes .... then again, i still detect some green in the water as well ... I wonder what this would look like totally desaturated, and with a wee bit more contrast?
