Bambi, you produce some amazing photos and 1,000,000x better photographer than me, but this image doesn't do it for me. Maybe it is the tilt of the wooden siding, a little under exposed, or just lack of subject, but something just doesn't pop on the image. I am not very good at it, but maybe try HDR version to bring out the wood and the texture in the buoys. I would have never guessed this was your photo.

Ahhh, the curse of becoming a better photographer... you can no longer put up a shot unless it's awesome! :)

Seriously, though. I kinda like it. While I agree with AT that it's not one of your best, I think it gives an interesting glimpse into harbour town Nova Scotia. I like the tones and it's a fairly decent composition.

A problem I will never have!!!!

I quite like it and am envious as I would love to visit that scene for my windows project. I would consider some perspective adjustment however.

I agree with RM and AT on the tilt - The angle feels off -some perspective adjustment as RM's suggests might help.

thanks for the feedback guys. I probably took it at an awkward angle and likely the building itself wasn't square.

I still kinda like it though. :p
