Purple Rain

At this time of the year the Jacarandas are flowering all around our city, turning the streets into a sea of purple. It is hard to get any good shots as they are prevalent in suburban streets that are otherwise uninteresting (and there are always cars parked in the street).

Lovely shots. Looks like the street is lined with these trees. Must be a wonderful looking neighborhood.
