Gingerbread up close
My daughter had a soccer tournament a couple hours away yesterday. I only brought my 70-200 2.8, because I was just planning on shooting the soccer games. We had 4 hours between games and this plantation home was just up the street, so we walked around the grounds taking mostly up close, detailed shots.
It is called Ardoyne Plantation
Here is the website to the home, you can see why I wanted to stop http://www.ardoyneplantation.com/

I like your endeavour to take a bunch of detail shots. I'm not very good at them myself but they can be excellent at telling the story.
