It adds a nice softness to the building I like the composition.

I like it but I think it is a tad too soft, I'd like to see a few sharp elements.

I like it! Maybe a little contrast boost. Nice composition.

I was not sure whether leave it all blurred or to sharpen some edges but I am going to work on one with some sharpness left in as well.
