I'm not a huge fan of these "trees" personally... I think they are quite unattractive..but I like this version and how it turned out...Silver Efex Negative preset. :)

Very effective!! THIS is the sort of stuff that suits your fetish for not having things anywhere near level! Your Cube, and those ceiling shots recently are others. Great work!
Thanks MA...wow...I have a fetish! :D
Awesome effect Casil.
Interesting image and processing you don't see every day. Trouble is, a lot of people won't know what you mean by negative processing. : )
Excellent shot and angle. A bit of burning at top left corner and bottom right corner brings would make this very strong image even stronger.
Thanks..and thanks for the tip Marko! :)
cool shot Casil
Very interesting shot! Love the angle! :)
Thanks guys...:)
However, I'm not really sure why using the term "Silver Efex negative preset" would cause trouble if people don't know what it is?
the term negative is funny if you've never seen or used one.
:D Oh you mean from the old days when we used negatives and had to actually take them in to be processed...lol! :headslap:
Sheesh I guess I fell for that one! :wall-an:
D'oh!
I blame the early morning......
it's funny isn't it? one of the guys I regularly shoot with has NEVER shot film. almost has no frame of reference for anything that derives from it...they're all just numbers to him. I used to run 1-hour labs 20 years ago so I'm plenty familiar w/negatives, but for him it's just a word.
Very well maintained middle tones. And good unobtrusive configurations.
Difficult angle. Enjoyed. Even the black sky.
