Wow Michael. This is great, the lines just drawing me down the aisle. So much light play. Mike
B&W does this one good.
Lovely shot! - dig the perspective, lines, shapes.
good one. I like the lines and the subject, but I haven't made up my mind about the dark paneling on the right.
Such a wonderful shot. The tones are lovely and I love the way you start out a little dark in the cramped part of the car and then move into the bright and airy part. It makes me feel like I was there.
Thanks all...It's part of a small local railway museum that was closed when I arrived so I couldn't get inside. I could see through the window on the door at one end of the car so I jammed the 24mm against the glass and shot:)
Very cool! When I was a small child my mother took us 4 kids on a trip to see her parents in Ontario by train. It was a three day trip. Can you imagine? There were train conductors and I remember the dining car and crossing from car to car was terrifying for us as kids. Lol. Thanks for the trip down memory lane.
love the lines and perspective - well made!
This is beautiful MAW...the BW works well here. :)
beautiful light study, and composition. Dig the B&W as well
The tones, the detail, the lighting, all exquisite Michael.
