This is why I love the D700. Very low light, ISO 12800, f8, 125/sec with a little noise filtering and presto. Sure there's some loss of detail but overall you get a usable image:)

Wow! ISO 12,800! My little old beast only goes to 800 and even then it's noisy city! This is quite usable. Nice!
