I like the shot, the selective colour - a real nice touch, and the caption. I "think" ,not sure, I might have cropped the guys on the right out, and kept the post, or whatever it is.

I like the selective coloring, if for no other reason than I probably wouldn't have noticed the balls otherwise. Doesn't distract from the overall picture at all.

I usually look at/study a pic first without reading the narrative so as to get a feeling from it, then I read the photographers description of their work. This one nailed exactly what you were trying for JAS, as your sentence above mirrored my thoughts exactly as I looked at this. VERY well done.

Selective colour discussion aside, I really like the mood of this fellow walking away, potentially from a crowd, and being all alone. Nicely done.
