Just playing around with this pic. Am I helping or hurting the pic?

Well, I do like the red streak of light in the water -that's well done. A little disturbing are the circles around the sun - these I would diminish. Summa summarum I like this catch.

I'm not convinced this PP is helping actually - I think I'd like to see it all monotone.

I think you are too far from the subject though, could you have gotten closer or was this at your lens's max?
