Well done getting in nice and close.

Some nice detail in the feathers around the chest and back but unfortunately the head, beak and face are all out of focus. Getting that right is so important.

Also the head is slightly over-exposed. Some burning might help save that.

This looks like you've cropped the photo so I'd suggest changing the crop to throw the bird a little to the right or left as we look at it as well.
