Glad you said that. It is a natural wetland. State forest actually, that does not get touched. Pretty large area from an urban standpoint. I travel and roam around there quite frequently.

Its a nothing extraordinary, until you really get into it. There aren't the spectacular landscapes of the North but inside it, its unique. There are TONS of ferns, Tons of shade and dead leaves, and TONS of mosquitos. I thought I posted some of them a while ago. I can post them again if you are really interested.

i like that last shot - you cant tell where the water starts!

I like all the reflection shots - well done spotting them. My fave is the last shot in post 13. I REALLY like that one!! I might try to burn the light coloured branch in the mid-foreground.

Thanks everyone. The last three I posted just aren't what I wanted them to be. I am really starting to get turned off by nature and wildlife photography, and seem to be turning to an abstract and journalistic style more and more.
