I like it. The background is completely overexposed, but I thing it works well here. You would improve the photo if you cropped some of the left side and added space to the right of the bird. That way you would give the bird "room to fly".
joaoandreqff got it exactly right. Very nice image; you have some awesome wildlife opportunities.
i really like the color of the background, totally unexpected!
your edit is much better as far as the comp goes! :highfive:
Totally love #2!
I think it's great now!
Thank you all. Your comment really helped
Yep #2 for sure. Great capture.
I like the second version too. It might also work well with 'panoramic' framing where you would crop both the top and bottom big time. Hope that helps - Marko
Thank you all for your comment but I am curious about the picture quality here and in some of my pictures.
They look llike they are a bit noisy and are not that much crystal clear as some of the pictures in these forum :wall-an:. I don't know why? Especially, when the background and forground need some kind of exposure difference that happens(if this makes sense:confused::confused:).
I don't think its oversharpening because it shows also in the original picture except that it is softer. I tried to process this with noise ninja and it seems to help to some extent but it compromises sharpens.
Exif shutter speed = 1/1000
Aperture = 5.6
ISO = 400
focal length = 300m
Lens 70-300mm Sigma APO DG
Please help.
Just make sure the file is under 250K before uploading and it will look great.
Files that are greater than 250K are compressed. THIS file was over 250K and that's why it's suffering from compression issues.
Thx - Marko
