It's getting them both right in the same shot is the hard part!

Ignoring the HDR in the newer ones, and just looking at composition ... I see a huge improvement.

Just an FYI, in compare3 above (second image), the corner window with the balcony, is where Tennessee Williams wrote "Streetcar Named Desire".
