Suggestions Needed
Hello everyone. I would like to do creative photography rather that the same old in studio with some lights and a backdrop portraits.
I would love to go on sites for some nice scenery and props, but I dont know where to go, was thinking of asking hotels if they wouldnt mind giving me an hour or two of photo shoot in their building, but not sure what I will expect. Should I be doing that? Will they charge? Is there a better way at this? Is there places they rent stages with props, I dont know what to do, any suggestion helps. I cant afford to buy the props yet.
Thanks :)

I am not quite sure what you mean by creative photography but when it comes to models or people portraits, I would try to match the look of the model with an appropriate background.
Women who suit jeans would look fine in all kinds of casual settings from farms to hiking trails and rock faces. Some people would look good in a library, at a desk, or beside a fireplace. For others a modern building design or a new car showroom might make the best background. Pioneer Village backgrounds would fit others.
What you need to do is investigate your area. What areas could you easily use as a shooting location? How could you set it up, so you look more like a casual tourist and less like a pro, subject to being hassled by security or police.
