Very cool submissions so far guys.
Here is my attempt. It isn't what I set out to do, but I am still kinda pleased with the end result

Cool results, runmonty, I can see why you liked it.
Barefoot, I wonder if it's a case of the light "bleeding" as the swing slows down? On the outside it's going faster and so the light is more of a solid streak but as it slows down it sits in one place "longer" and causes a little bit of bleeding? Either way, I still like 'em! :)
Very cool RM - I dig it!
This is another from the same session, but this time I have applied a split toning effect in post.
Sorry if this is boring you.

Very cool submissions to this thread. Love all the different angles/ideas everyone is using here.
Here's mine - Thanks as always to wifey!
This is an image that is part of a series of light painting images that made up a Valentines card that my son and I made for my wife last year. I had 2 flashes set up and then used a flash light with a red lens to make the heart. Its a little cheezy but my wife liked it (not to mention you can still see the remote in my hand).

I was experimenting with some steel wool for an image I want to do this winter on the ice.
