Definnitely looks like a horse to me though, not sure about the white stuff... hmm..
Too big, the snow flakes make a great size reference. Look at the one snow flake, that would be one mighty snowflake if that were a horse. Maybe its not Kats head but someone elses. Could be a floormat? Mounted animal outside? hmmmm.......
